  • Alexis, how do I schedule a consultation?

    The first step in wedding planning with AD Florals is submitting an initial inquiry. Once received, we can confirm availability for your date.

    From there, you'll receive an online questionniare as the first phase of the consultation process. This helps us better understand the vision for your event, therefore having a more productive consultation meeting with you!

  • Where is AD Florals located?

    AD Floral Design is proudly located in "The Beloved Republic of Brooklyn!" providing full-service design to clients in the New York tri-state area and beyond.

  • Is there a minimum budget or spend?

    Our current minimum for full-service wedding flower services is $6,000.

    This covers the costs associated with full event production including transportation, on-site design, set-up and breakdown.

  • What's a realistic budget for floral decor?

    Although wedding costs can depend on several factors, a realistic budget set aside for flowers is a minimum of 15% of your total wedding budget. For example, a $40,000 Total Wedding Budget would have $6,000 allocated for florals. This excludes the cost of rentals.

  • WHAT'S THE LABOR & DESIGN FEE?

    AD Florals has a 30% Labor and Design fee. This is a floristry charge that covers the work involved with flower sourcing, conditioning and designing your GORGEOUS florals. It also covers hiring additional staff, especially for floral installations like cermony arches, chuppahs, and hanging floral arrangements etc.

  • HOW DO I SECURE MY WEDDING DATE?

    To book your wedding flowers, sign and return Agreement for Floral Services with a non-refundable 30% deposit. Final payment is due one (1) month before your wedding or event. At your request, payments can also be made bi-weekly or monthly.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN BE MADE?

    AD Florals accepts cash, major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, money orders and cashier's checks. Clients can also pay with PayPal or Square but will be charged applicable processing fees.

  • How far in advance do you book wedding clients?

    AD Florals accepts bookings 10-12 months in advance. Couples with shorter timesframes will be considered but bookings are on a first-come, first served basis. Peak wedding season for AD Florals is May through October.

    We recommend paying your Agreement deposit as early as possible as we only accept one (1) wedding per weekend.

    After your deposit is made, we can easily sort through the details of your flower order making and changes and revisions necessary. Nothing needs to be firmly set in stone until six (6) weeks before your wedding day!

  • Do you have liability insurance?

    Absolutely. AD Floral Design operates with General Liability Insurance. Rest-assured knowing the risk of any liabilities are covered on your wedding day. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available to be furnished directly to your venue.

  • Do you offer wedding packages?

    Every couple's plans, venue location(s) and budget are vastly different. Due to these factors, AD Florals doesn't offer wedding packages. All clients receive a custom design experience tailored to their "flower vision" and venue layout.

  • Alexis, how much time do you need for set up?

    Depending on the design details of your event, a minimum of four (4) to six (6) hours may be needed for installation and decor set up. This ensures all the details and handled and perfect for your day. Please be sure to work with your planner/venue to have adequate time create picture-perfect memories for you and your guests.

  • Do you offer rental items or do I need to supply my own vases?

    Absolutely! AD Florals currently offers the following rental items for your wedding celebration:

    • Vases & Compotes
    • Candelabras, Candleholders & Lanterns
    • Tealights, Votives & Taper Candles
    • Ceremony Arches & Flower Walls
    • Table Numbers
